Got a Community Services Card, or living with a SuperGold Combo cardholder?

Want some free curtains to keep warm this winter? Download an application form here or fill it in online.

The Sustainability Trust Wellington in co-operation with Energise Ōtaki is back in town to provide free lined curtains for your main living and sleeping areas. The Curtain Bank upcycles donated curtains, cutting and lining them to be ready for their new home.

Lined curtains (with 2 layers of material) are more thermally efficient and a good contribution to having a healthy home and reducing power bills. Together with insulation and draught stoppers around windows and doors, they can prevent up to 60% of heat loss.

If you have a Community Services Card or a SuperGold Combo cardholder living with you, you are eligible for free curtains.
